Does ProClinic have an app? What is it called?
ProClinic has apps for clinics and for customers, but none of them are in the App Store or Google Play yet. The apps are being tested by pilot clinics and will launch later this year. You will not find them by searching the stores.

I cannot find the app in the App Store or Google Play
That is correct. The apps are not published in the stores yet. Use the dashboard in a browser on your phone or tablet until then.

Can I use ProClinic on my mobile device today?
Yes. Use the dashboard in your mobile browser. It is fully optimized for mobile. Do not download anything from the App Store or Google Play.

Is a customer app coming?
Yes. The customer app is in testing with pilot clinics and is not public yet. It will launch later this year. At launch it is expected to include push notifications, loyalty programs, and memberships.

What can I use the AI feature for in the dashboard?
The AI feature can be used to retrieve stats and reports using natural language (e.g., "Show me revenue per practitioner for the last month"), create new staff members, and automatically translate website content. The AI bot only uses your clinic's own data—no external sources.

Does ProClinic support a points system or loyalty program?
Not as a finished product yet. Loyalty programs and customer clubs with points are planned and will be available as part of the customer app when it's released.

What is the Recall system?
Recall is a feature that automatically invites a customer to book a new appointment if they haven't booked again within a defined period—similar to how dentists send reminders. The system schedules a suggested appointment and sends the customer a message to confirm or reschedule. Recall is currently under development/testing.

Does ProClinic support memberships and subscription models?
Not as a finished product yet. Memberships and subscription models for customers are planned and will be linked to the customer app currently in development.

Will ProClinic have a marketplace?
Yes. ProClinic is launching a marketplace where customers can discover and book clinics. ProClinic does not charge commission for bookings made through the marketplace.

  • Clinic app and customer app (pilot testing; not in the App Store or Google Play yet)
