You can ask: How do I reactivate inactive customers using Marketing?
Can I send marketing directly to my customers?
Yes. ProClinic has a module for sending SMS campaigns to your customers. You can filter recipients based on visit history, services or treatments they've received, and when they were registered as customers. After your campaign is sent, you’ll see statistics such as click-through rate and booking rate.
Can I export customer data to an external email tool?
Yes. Go to Customers (/dashboard/customers) and click Export. Choose which columns and format you want, then export the file. You can then use it in external email marketing tools such as Mailchimp.
What happens with leads who don’t complete a booking?
They are automatically stored in the leads panel under Marketing in the dashboard. You can follow up on leads manually via the follow-up panel (CRM), send them an SMS, use automated AI-powered phone calls, or let a dedicated booking consultant make contact. If a lead doesn’t book within three minutes after visiting the campaign page, the system can automatically send a follow-up SMS.
What is the leads panel?
The leads panel gives you an overview of all leads generated via campaign pages. You can see who’s been contacted, through which channel, and who ended up booking or cancelling. If a customer makes a booking within fourteen days, their status updates to “Booked” and you’ll see a conversion value attached to the lead.
Can I send gift cards via SMS campaigns?
Yes. You can generate unique gift cards and include them in SMS campaigns. Each gift card is unique for each recipient.
