The product module covers both sellable products and internal consumables.
Main modules:
Products(/dashboard/products)Consumables(/dashboard/products/consumables)
Types of Products
Sellable products: items you sell to your clients.
Consumables: internal items used during treatments.
Linking Consumables to Treatments
Consumables can be linked directly to specific treatments for better cost tracking and planning. You set this up from the service module under each treatment’s setup page.
How the Workflow Works
Create a product and specify its correct type.
For internal use items: mark them as consumables.
Link consumables to the relevant treatments.
Keep track of usage and costs over time.
Need Help in Chat?
You can ask: How do I link consumables to a treatment?
Can I register both sellable products and internal consumables?
Yes. In the product module, you define two types of products: items for sale (like skincare lines you offer to clients) and internal consumables (products used during treatments, not sold directly). Consumables can be linked to treatments with a specified quantity per use, so you always have insight into your usage costs.
How do I update my inventory levels?
Go to your inventory overview and add the number of items received when you get an order. If you do a stock count and spot discrepancies, you can adjust your inventory accordingly. The system will notify you when a product is running low or out of stock.
Can I register a fixed cost per treatment instead of tracking individual consumables?
Yes. You can enter a fixed cost per treatment. This is a simpler option if you don’t need detailed consumable tracking.
Is a webshop coming?
Yes. A webshop module is being developed, and it will use the same product data you’ve already entered in the product module.
