Can I register products for sale as well as internal consumables?
Yes. In the products module, you define two types of products: products for sale (items you sell to clients, such as skincare lines) and internal consumables (products used during treatments, not sold directly). Consumables can be linked to treatments with a specified quantity per treatment, so you always have an overview of your usage costs.
How do I update my inventory levels?
Go to the inventory overview to add received stock when you get a delivery. If you're doing a stock count and find discrepancies, you can adjust your inventory levels. The system notifies you when a product is running low or out of stock.
Can I set a fixed cost per treatment instead of tracking consumables?
Yes. You can enter a fixed expense per treatment. This is a simpler option for those who don't want to track detailed usage.
Is a webshop coming?
Yes. A webshop module is in development and will be based on the products you already have in the products module.
