Can ProClinic generate a website for our clinic?
Yes. ProClinic can generate a complete, search engine optimized website based on the information you enter about practitioners, services, and treatments. You can choose from three templates and customize colors, images, and content yourself. The website solution is free of charge.
We already have a website – can we still use ProClinic’s booking functionality?
Yes. You can embed a web component on your existing website that displays your treatment list. Booking then opens on the ProClinic site in a new tab (iframe embedding is not supported). You can also use links to campaign pages in ProClinic from your own ads, without switching to the full website solution.
Can I edit the website directly without any technical skills?
Yes. When you’re logged in as an administrator and visit your website, an editing banner will appear at the top. You can enable editing mode and change text, images, treatments, campaigns, and other sections right there – with no need to enter a separate admin panel. Changes are updated immediately.
Can I connect my own domain to the ProClinic website?
Yes. Go to Settings → Domain in the dashboard and add your domain. The domain will always belong to you—you control where it points and can change this at any time.
Do I need to worry about SEO or technical updates to the website?
Not if you use websites generated by ProClinic. These are always search engine optimized and maintained by ProClinic. You don’t need to worry about updates, downtime, or technical errors.
What is a campaign and how do I create one?
A campaign lets you promote a treatment or service—for example, with discounted prices or seasonal offers. Create campaigns in the campaign module of the dashboard. A campaign can be linked to a single treatment or to an entire service—in this case, all related treatments are included automatically. You set a start and end date for when the campaign can be booked.
What are campaign pages, and how do I use them?
Campaign pages are dedicated landing pages in ProClinic that you can link to from ads on social media or other channels. Customers arriving via an ad link can’t navigate away—they can either complete a booking or leave the page. Over 30% of visitors complete a booking. Customers who do not book are automatically registered as leads in the dashboard.
Can I display campaigns on the website?
Yes. Campaigns are automatically shown in a carousel on your clinic’s website. You can choose which campaigns appear in the top (hero) section. You can have multiple active campaigns at once, and easily deactivate a campaign so the site returns to the default view.
Can I set a timer for automatic activation and deactivation of campaigns?
Yes. You can set a timer to automatically activate and deactivate your campaign at the times you choose.
