Can I subscribe to reports to receive them automatically?
Yes. From the income panel, you can subscribe to reports that are sent automatically either weekly or monthly, and download whatever you need. The monthly summary report consolidates all days into a single file, making it ideal for sending to your accountant.
Can I export reports to Excel?
Yes. Reports can be exported to Excel. You also have the option of integrating them with accounting systems.
Can I use the revenue report as a basis for commission calculations?
Yes. The revenue report is broken down by staff member and is well-suited for calculating commissions.
Can I request specific reports in natural language?
Yes. The dashboard includes a built-in AI help feature where you can ask questions in natural language, such as “How many HIFU treatments did we have in March?”, and receive an instant answer.
Can I see which bookings came from a specific campaign?
Yes. ProClinic provides reports showing booking sources (phone, app, website, etc.) and the number of bookings per day. You can drill down to see which bookings originated from specific campaigns.
