ProClinic offers, among others:

What is the Retention panel?
The Retention panel shows how effective each staff member is at rebooking their clients. This is useful for identifying who might benefit from additional sales training and is especially valuable if your clinic invests in marketing.
Can I subscribe to reports so they are sent automatically?
Yes. From the income panel, you can subscribe to reports that are sent automatically on a weekly or monthly basis, and download whatever you need. The monthly consolidated report compiles all days into a single file, making it suitable to send to your accountant.
Can I export reports to Excel?
Yes. Reports can be exported to Excel. You can also integrate them with your accounting system.
Can I use the revenue report as a basis for commission calculations?
Yes. The revenue report is broken down per staff member, making it ideal for commission calculations.
Can I ask the system for specific reports using natural language?
Yes. The dashboard has a built-in AI assistant where you can ask questions in natural language, such as “How many HIFU treatments did we have in March?”, and receive direct answers.
Can I see which bookings came from a specific campaign?
Yes. ProClinic provides reports showing booking sources (phone, app, website, etc.) and the number of bookings per day. You can drill down into the data to see which bookings originated from specific campaigns.
