Every clinic gets a website with ProClinic. Here, you can customize the content and let clients book directly from your site or via a booking web component on your existing website.
In ProClinic, logged-in users with the right role can edit website content directly on the landing page—no need to go through dashboard forms.

You can write: How do I edit the landing page directly?
Can ProClinic generate a website for our clinic?
Yes. ProClinic can generate a complete, SEO-optimized website for you based on the information you provide about your practitioners, services, and treatments. You can choose from three templates and configure your own colors, images, and content. The website solution is free.
We already have a website – can we still use ProClinic's booking feature?
Yes. You can add a booking web component to your existing website that displays your treatment list. Booking then opens on the ProClinic site in a new tab (iframe embedding is not supported). You can also link directly to campaign pages in ProClinic from your own ads, without having to use the full website solution.
Can I edit my website directly without technical skills?
Yes. When you’re logged in as an administrator and viewing your website, you’ll see an editing banner at the top. You can activate edit mode and change text, images, treatments, campaigns, and other sections right on the page—without using a separate admin panel. Your updates go live immediately.
Can I connect my own domain to my ProClinic website?
Yes. Go to Settings → Domain in the dashboard and add your domain. The domain always remains yours—you control what it points to and can change this at any time.
Do I need to worry about SEO and technical updates for my website?
Not if you use a website generated by ProClinic. These sites are always search engine optimized and maintained by ProClinic. You don’t have to worry about updates, downtime, or technical errors.
What is a campaign, and how do I create one?
A campaign lets you highlight a treatment or service—for example, with discounts or seasonal promotions. You create campaigns in the campaign module in the dashboard. A campaign can be attached to a single treatment or to an entire service (automatically affecting all related treatments). You set the start and end dates for when the campaign can be booked.
What are campaign pages, and how do I use them?
Campaign pages are dedicated landing pages in ProClinic that you can link to from ads on social media or other channels. Customers arriving via an ad link can’t navigate away—they can either complete a booking or leave the page. Over 30% of visitors complete a booking. Customers who don’t book are automatically registered as leads in the dashboard.
Can I display campaigns on the website?
Yes. Campaigns automatically appear in a carousel on your clinic’s website. You can choose which campaigns to show in the top (hero) section. You can have multiple active campaigns at once, and easily deactivate a campaign to revert the page to its default state.
Can I set a timer to automatically activate or deactivate campaigns?
Yes. You can set a timer so a campaign automatically becomes active or inactive at the times you choose.
