Can I sell gift cards from the dashboard?
Yes. You can create and sell gift cards directly from the dashboard. You choose whether the code is sent digitally to the customer, or displayed so you can write it on a physical gift card.
Can customers buy gift cards themselves on the website?
Yes. Customers can purchase gift cards directly from your clinic's website and choose the delivery time—for example, at 08:00 on the recipient’s birthday. ProClinic will automatically send the gift card by email or SMS.
Can gift card data be transferred when switching systems?
Yes. Gift card data can be imported into ProClinic as part of your data migration when switching systems, as long as the data is available in a report format from your previous system.
