How to connect Google Reviews to the ProClinic website

Go to <code>Settings</code> → <code>SMS Settings</code> (<code>/dashboard/settings/sms-settings</code>).

Paste the link to your Google review form in the <code>Google review link</code> field.

Turn on <code>Send SMS with review link</code>.

2. Paste the link to your Google review form in the <code>Google review link</code> field.
3. Turn on <code>Send SMS with review link</code>.

The customer then receives an SMS after the treatment asking them to leave a review. The review is collected first on your clinic’s ProClinic homepage. If the customer leaves a 5-star review, they are prompted to leave the same review on Google.

Can ProClinic help us collect customer reviews?

Yes. Under Settings → SMS Settings you can enable an SMS a chosen number of hours after the booking is marked completed, asking the customer to leave a review.

How does the Google Review integration work?

The customer first leaves the review on your clinic’s ProClinic homepage. Those who give five stars are then prompted to share the same review on Google. For this to work, the Google review link must be added under Settings → SMS Settings. Reviews with four or five stars appear automatically on your ProClinic website. Reviews under four stars are only visible to you in the dashboard.

Can I reward customers who leave reviews?

Yes. For example, you can hold a monthly gift card raffle among customers who have submitted a review.
