Yes. You can create punch card packages for individual treatments. You set the number of punches in the package, and the system automatically keeps track of how many remain for each client. Statistics are handled correctly: the client pays for all treatments upfront, and follow-up appointments appear as zero in the calendar, so your revenue reporting stays accurate.
How do punch cards work with self-service bookings?
When a client books a treatment themselves, the system automatically deducts one punch from their card for each booking. Clients don’t need to log in—as long as they use the same phone number as when they purchased the punch card.
Can I set custom rules, such as a free treatment after a certain number?
Yes. You can define your own rules for punch cards, for example, giving a client a free treatment after a set number of paid sessions.
Do I need to track punch cards manually?
No. The system automatically updates the punch card balance for every visit, whether the appointment is booked by the clinic or by the client.
